Subscription and Recurring Bill Tracker for Google Sheets and Excel
Streaming services, apps, memberships, the gym: subscriptions add up quietly, and renewal dates are easy to miss. This subscription tracker lists every subscription and recurring bill in one place. Enter what you're charged and how often, and it works out the monthly and yearly equivalent, counts down to each renewal and adds everything up by category. It's a record-keeping tool. It shows you the numbers and leaves the decisions to you.

What's inside
- Any billing cycle (weekly to yearly) converted to monthly and yearly equivalents.
- Next-renewal countdown, highlighted when a renewal is within 7 days.
- Status dropdown: Active, Free trial, Paused, Reviewing, Cancelled.
- Cancelled items are greyed out and left out of the totals.
- Dashboard: monthly and yearly totals, a category breakdown and renewals in the next 30 days.

How to use it
- Buy and download from Gumroad. Open it in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Sheets.
- Go through a recent bank or card statement and add each subscription and recurring bill.
- Pick the billing cycle and the next renewal date for each.
- Set free trials to "Free trial" so you can see when they convert.
- Check the Dashboard once a month for renewals in the next 30 days.

FAQ
Does it connect to my bank?
No. Nothing is linked to your accounts. You type in the subscriptions yourself, and your data stays in your own file.
Will it remind me before a renewal?
It can't send emails or notifications. Renewals within 7 days are highlighted, and the Dashboard lists everything renewing in the next 30 days.
Is this financial advice?
No. It's a tracker that adds up what you enter, and it doesn't make recommendations.
Can I use another currency?
Yes. Format > Number > Currency.
Is there a free version?
The tracker is $5. The Family Chore Chart is free.
