This website

This is a static website. We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and there are no forms that collect personal information. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Purchases

Paid templates are sold through Gumroad. Gumroad collects your payment and contact details to process the order. As the seller, we receive order details from Gumroad such as your name, email address, the product bought and the price paid, which we use only to deliver your purchase, provide support and keep business and tax records. We never see your full card details. See Gumroad's privacy policy.

Updates about new templates

When you get a template on Gumroad (including the free chore chart), Gumroad gives us your email address. We may occasionally email you about new templates. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by emailing checkrow@mail.grokbot.com.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we use your message and email address to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Your spreadsheet data

The information you type into a template stays in your own copy (on your computer or in your Google or Microsoft account). We can't see it.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop (Gumroad, Cloudflare and our email provider) or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing checkrow@mail.grokbot.com. We'll keep records we're legally required to keep, such as sales records for tax.

Changes

We'll post any changes here and update the date above.
