Refund Policy

If a template doesn't work for you, email checkrow@mail.grokbot.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to ask

Send an email to checkrow@mail.grokbot.com with the name of the template and the email address you used at checkout. You don't need to give a reason.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back through Gumroad to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few business days to show it.

Broken files

If something in a template doesn't work, tell us anyway. We'll fix it and send you the corrected file, whether or not you also want a refund.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
